Addicted to her workouts!!

This is the first time I have kept the program after the free trial period and I have tried a dozen or so. She makes it short and simple and a realistic price for her app in a nut shell.... I’m 2 months inn and she makes working out fun and admits when it’s hard to keep pushing and to feel the burn because that’s the only way to get results! I love it when she says “if you aren’t sweating you aren’t working out hard enough”! So true!! Now I love the burn and love to sweat because my body is looking better then ever. Brooke is real and isn’t cheesy or a super upbeat cheerleader type. She pushes you when it’s hard and I love her outfits and her body, it motivates me to workout harder. She is a doll and I am thrilled to pay for her program monthly. Oh and the monthly fee is realistic. It’s not overpriced for the videos you get. I just wish she would have the weekly workouts by each day in the app. I always have to open my weekly email she sends and then go back to the app and see which workouts I need to do that day because she doesn’t list them daily they are all there for the week only. She only sends the weekly workouts to you by emails and then all of them are listed for the week in her app and not broken down daily in the app. That’s the only little annoyance I have which is nothing really. Keep them awesome workouts coming girl. We love you!!!!!!

Only Thing That’s Helped Me Stay Consistent

I have tried so many different types of exercise (Beach Body, walking every evening, cycling to work, HIIT 3x/week, group exercise classes, lifting at the gym, you name it) and having this app has been the only thing to keep me consistent. The secret is in her short 5-15 minute videos. On days where I really don’t feel like working out I can muster up enough energy and motivation to do 10 minutes, and after doing that for a few weeks, I actually started wanting to do more (always giving myself the choice to just do 5-10 minutes if that’s really all I want to do). Sure, the results are not coming in as quickly as if I did HIIT 3x/week, but this I will actually sustain. I usually do about five days/week. Pairing this app alongside getting a Crock Pot and a healthy crock pot cookbook has been an absolute game changer for me. My clothes are fitting so well. I don’t think I have ever been this consistent and it’s because I have finally found what works for me. I wish I was one of those people who could be determined enough to go to the gym, but I’m not. And at the ripe age of 30 I am finally figuring out that that’s okay. I have found what works for me and I am so happy. And looking great too, I might add! Thank you, Brooke! You are amazing!!

Perfect

I have been using this app for a couple weeks and I love it! Different workouts every day they’re already planned out with the different challenges and the weekly schedule and the stretches it has been such a blessing for me and the way Brooke sets all of it up and she’s so real it’s it’s great she makes me smile she makes me really enjoy my work out I actually look forward to it every day and it’s like you feel like you’re right there with her the whole time and it’s great and what I loved about one of them her son comes out and asks her something and she stops and talks to him and I thought that was the cutest thing. I love that she keeps it real and it’s so much fun to work out with her and I look forward to it every day I get so excited it’s something different every time and I love it I love that her fur baby is there too because my fur baby is sitting there watching me it’s just perfect perfect perfect perfect I love it I love it I love it worth every penny. Over the last few years I have tried so many different workouts programs and bought so many different DVDs and apps and this one it’s my jam I love it thank you very much so enjoying it happy holidays to you and your family thank you💞
