- Introducing Spaces – Bublup folders have evolved into Spaces, giving you smarter ways to organize and collaborate. Choose from five space types: General Spaces, Albums, Chats, Forums, and Communities—each designed for a different way to connect and organize. All existing folders (except Forums and Communities) are now General Spaces.
- @folder mentions are now @everyone.
- Branded Community Maps – Add your organization’s branding to community maps for a more polished, on-brand experience. (Enterprise plan only)
- All-Community-Members Special Team – Communities now have an auto-generated team that includes all community members. This can be used for inviting all community members to subspaces in one step. (Enterprise plan only)
- Role-Based Team Assignment -- Community members can be mapped to teams using role settings. When a user chooses a particular role for their profile, they are automatically added to an admin-specified team. (Enterprise plan only)
- Smarter Duplicate Prevention – Automatically prevent duplicate items during uploads to keep folders clean.
- Find Existing Duplicates – Easily detect duplicate files and images already stored in a folder and clean them up.
- Bulk User Imports – Import multiple users into Organizations and Communities in one step using a .CSV file. (Business and Enterprise plans)
- Customizable Section Names for Spaces and Items – Admins can rename labels for “spaces” and “item” (desktop editing only). (Business and Enterprise plans)
- RSS Feed Improvements – Better handling and cleanup of RSS content for more reliable feeds. (Business and Enterprise plans)
- Roll Improvements – a new “banner” layout which allows for visually rich elements to scroll through and optionally animate
- Customizable Roll Themes – Remove borders, tighten spacing, make item color match their background, and more
