Honestly pretty good but…
Something’s are lacking when compared to other programs like this but it does do you well if your consistent and pay for the membership for sure (definitely need it to be able to take as much information as possible)
Laughably terrible when it comes to ads
This app—ostensibly a mere C++ compiler—has a currency dedicated to allowing one to pay to perform various actions such as turning advertisements off for a certain period of time or editing a single .pdf. When I clicked on "8 minutes to remove ads" (36 gold) it had to remind me that I only had the 3 measly coins given when the app is first downloaded: "You even worse 33 gold, through the 'share' to earn coins!" As you may be able to tell from these quotes, Xiaowen Huang's English isn't the best. Reminders to spend money are everywhere. When using the small portion of the app actually dedicated to coding and not to keeping the gold markets running, on a bar across the top of the keyboard reads a glaring red reminder: "please puchase the autocomplete function." Every time after minimizing the app and reopening it, a small screen pops up asking the user to upgrade to the paid version.
Could be improved
Would like the option to hide some aspects of the UI like the console and file manager. Really would like split view to work properly also. Right now it sort of just bugs out when entering split view. Next quarter I'm taking a C programming class so I may use this app for that and buy the pro version.
