Comdata Construction is a sophisticated expense management and reporting tool designed specifically for Comdata’s construction customers. This user-friendly app helps customers streamline their expense management process, cutting down on lost receipts and time spent allocating costs to specific transactions. Comdata Construction will allow users to assign transactions to multiple reporting options, including general ledger codes, job numbers, and equipment types. The app automatically assigns transactions to GL codes, but cardholders and administrators have the option to complete a manual post-transaction assignment as well. The app also allows users to take smartphone pictures of receipts and assign those images to specific transactions while on-the-go, reducing the potential for lost receipts and making expense reporting easier and more accurate than ever before.

A much-needed update
The app now finally works on iOS 10, and no longer looks like it was optimized for the iPhone 4.
Nobody at my company can use this app. It won’t work on an iPhone. There’s no way to access settings and without entering your info you can’t use it. The button should be on the bottom (I’ve seen it on androids), but it’s not visible and can’t be accessed on an iPhone. Pretty obvious they have zero app support. It’s 2018 get real.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
