Ratings and Reviews
Works for the most part but
There’s some basic bugs like, when ordering any coffee drink, there’s a requirement that the user select an extra espresso shot or they cannot proceed to the next screen.

Hi, this sounds like a bug. Can you use Customer Care in Chowit and report this as a technical issue so I can see which location you are at?

I hope they get a new company to cater the cafe
The cafe food is not good, it’s over priced and low quality. The responsiveness to complaints is not good, they continue to make mistakes I previously complained about and don’t change. They take a long time and often make mistakes which take a long time to fix, and if you order food towards the end of their service and there is a quality issue, they will not remake the food they just want to leave, even though they already shortened the lunch service. I hope they get rid of this company and get a new contract with some one else, and if anyone asked me that’s what I’d tell them.
Signing in is annoying
Why do you have to sign in every time you use it? Integrate facial recognition or reduce the amount of times you sign in.
