Can’t customize orders
You can’t customize your order to remove any items such as onions or tomatoes from your order.
A Fresh Look with a History Hiccup
I’ve had a positive experience with this app, appreciating its user-friendly interface and straightforward reloading process. The recent facelift has further enhanced the UI, making navigation and usage even more intuitive.
One feature I particularly value is the ability to view my purchase history, which adds to the convenience. However, I’ve encountered a drawback after the latest update – my entire order history seems to have vanished.
Despite this issue, I still find the app remarkably convenient for my needs.
Reloading a card to pay is not ideal
It wasn’t a difficult app to use, but I do not like that I have to load a card from my credit/debit card before being able to pay. And in $10 increments no less! If I am already providing my card information, why can’t it just be run for the exact amount of my purchase? Can I zero out the balance on that reloadable card? Or will ADC hold onto the dollars I don’t use in perpetuity? It doesn’t make sense and really makes me reluctant to use this app regularly. I’m not comfortable paying more for my lunch than I should be charged for. $10 to get a $7.50 salad… why would you need that extra $2.50? What if I don’t make another purchase in the future? Do I get that $2.50 back?
