Just like everyone else is saying, the app doesn’t even work. You literally cannot login. It says the login is invalid although the credentials are correct. It doesn’t matter how many times you delete and re-download the app. It won’t let you log on. You can log into the website just fine, but the app won’t accept your credentials.If everyone is having the same issue… Take the app down or fix it. How are you promoting the app on the website when it doesn’t even work ? Trash

This is the best social media platform ever made! The bad reviews are from when they first rolled out their platform and as all apps they had to figure out certain features and quirks and kinda fine tune it to be the wonderful platform it is now! If it weren’t for this community of people on there I’d be still an active addict. I found them to speak to my fiancé in jail trying to earn points to speak to my inmate for free and now I have connected to so many great people and environment I call my “safe zone” and because of them I am 60 days sober today!! I no longer can use my points to speak to my fiancé for free because he was moved to a facility that doesn’t offer CidNet as an option for communication and I’ve continued to stay and be active on there everyday because it’s just that great!!! Highly recommend for anyone even those that don’t have to earn data to speak to their inmate I would recommend this to anyone that wants to be a part of the greatest place on earth!!! It’s AMAZING & ABSOLUTELY A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND COMMUNITY TO BE PART OF!!!!

If you have or have ever had anybody in jail, you know how expensive it can be communicating with them and how difficult it can be this app is how you communicate with them for cheaper in a social networking format it is actually a social network site for people who have inmates incarcerated, and they get data or discount that they can use towards video chats, messaging and other inmate using this app pretty darn cool thing they’ve had yet for inmates. I could talk to my fiancé anytime a day that the Jail allows him to be able to do it using this app easy as 123 video chats and messaging. Although initially the app is takes a minute to figure out, it’s definitely worth it and so are your loved ones.

I would give this a solid 0 stars if I were able to select that number I can't even sign into the app because it doesn't give me to option to sign up for an account just the option to sign in. If I try to sign in with the information I used to set up with what I though was this same thing online but it's called cidnet it tells me my information isn't correct. Garbage app if you ask me.
