I do love this app, it’s a community of people who understand you being a prison spouse/family member/friend. There’s so much support and no matter what we post comment etc we get points to help us with the cost of data (and if you know me you know I use a lot of the data!). My only problem is I don’t always get my notifications

This is the best social media platform ever made! The bad reviews are from when they first rolled out their platform and as all apps they had to figure out certain features and quirks and kinda fine tune it to be the wonderful platform it is now! If it weren’t for this community of people on there I’d be still an active addict. I found them to speak to my fiancé in jail trying to earn points to speak to my inmate for free and now I have connected to so many great people and environment I call my “safe zone” and because of them I am 60 days sober today!! I no longer can use my points to speak to my fiancé for free because he was moved to a facility that doesn’t offer CidNet as an option for communication and I’ve continued to stay and be active on there everyday because it’s just that great!!! Highly recommend for anyone even those that don’t have to earn data to speak to their inmate I would recommend this to anyone that wants to be a part of the greatest place on earth!!! It’s AMAZING & ABSOLUTELY A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND COMMUNITY TO BE PART OF!!!!
