Description
More than a phone call, now you see them and they see you. You can receive a video call with this app anywhere you have WiFi or mobile data. Just link any of your phone numbers to your account and the inmate can call you with video.
Reliance serves correctional facilities in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Don’t waste your money! Just wait till they go to prison. The amellio app is 20x better. Reliance is just there to take your money
Horrible
This app is awful. When trying to connect to a family loved one in jail and you can’t connect and you lose out on that connection and possibly the $$. Not only that but the sound quality is just awful apparently your family loved in in jail can hear you talk but we can’t hear our family loved one talk to us from the jail. It’s rather annoying and considering what people pay to put on their loved ones accounts to be able to be connected is crap and for it not to work is a waste of money for all. All we want to be able to do is be connected with our family and loved ones while they are in jail and this is not the right app. Please resolve the problem maybe even some reimbursements wouldn’t hurt either.
