Not super helpful
While many of us have been waiting for Cloudbeds to get an app, this was slightly disappointing. There is not much you can do within the app. It would nice to be able to see the reservations in full versus however, they are showing up now. It would be nice to see unassigned rooms that are sold. Just more functionality in general. The only benefit that our company currently sees with the App is with Housekeeping. there’s no ability to create reservations, charge guests for additional payments, etc…. I really hope Cloudbeds takes the time to improve this app, and I can come back and change this rating!
No calendar, No guest details, Not functional
We have been waiting a long time for a Cloudbeds app and sadly, this is disappointing.
The main function I need is to see the calendar of bookings easily, but there is no calendar at all.
The second main function I need is to see the guest phone number and email, which I cannot see any of the guest details.
It would also be great to creat a reservation so I don’t have to open up my computer, but that is not an option either.
I don’t have any housekeepers since we are a small operation, so not sure if that function is useful, but not for me.
Cloudbeds… thanks for getting an app together, but can you make these improvements ??!!??
