Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the ColoradoCU Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a ColoradoCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Not a fan of change. More so when the change doesn’t work correctly. No bill pay and can’t access information.

Update: I lowered from 2 stars to 1 star. Before the major app overhaul I could easily click on a check deposit and see a picture of the check, I do not see that anywhere. With the new update, under card management, I can no longer control the daily limit or update with travel notices. I still don’t like how confusing and cluttered it is, and I use the app daily! Why change something so drastically that wasn’t broken before?

I liked how before you can see all your accounts and loans at once, stacked on each other. It’s a bother to swipe in between them. Bring that back, and then right underneath have all the other stuff. It also takes a while to show a transfer right away, or even a checking account to show up, which is a huge NO in my book. I had to reload the page three times for things to show up. I even panicked and thought one of my accounts was emptied out and deleted. I never had that issue with the old app. I do like that the transactions are shown, you can add external account balances, and the quick buttons are all there on the “landing page”. I think most people like to see all their accounts and loans at once rather than swiping. Once those hiccups are fixed, I will update my review.

CCU is working diligently with our mobile app provider to release revamped Card Management features. You will have all of the card management tools that were available in our previous application plus some! Please keep an eye out for this update. With the latest version of the app, 2.23.0, you are able to see your accounts stacked up without needing to swipe an individual tile in order to view each loan/account. Please make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version. Also, by clicking on a transaction for a check withdrawn from your account, you are able to see the image within the transaction details. Go back to the old version of the app. This one doesn’t work half time, it’s a pain to see your balance, and it takes it two days to show transactions. Just a terrible redesign of something that worked flawlessly before.

In response to what was said. I fully understand that. The old app used to show transactions and purchases in near real time and update in near real time as well, it’s been a pain balancing my accounts when transactions I’ve made in the past that would show up almost right away don’t show on my account or update my balance until 2 or 3 days later.
