newest app version freezes up after log in
Ever since updating to newest version of the app it freezes whenever using biometric login. I’ve also tried to delete and reinstall app to fix but still no solution. I’ve had to use web version of cccu site ever since updating the app due to this problem.
Love my credit union for 40 years!!!
I have always had awesome and friendly service! I use the credit union, only for all of my banking, loans and credit card.. Why go Anywhere else when you have it all here with Excellent and friendly service!
Garbage. Breaks password manager compatibility
I use a password manager to ensure I have long, secure passwords. The old version of this app, while generally a pain, at least was compatible with iOS’s third party password management system. This version, like the website, is stupidly not. It requires you to enter a user name separately from the password (in a very strange field) for no apparent reason other than to break password managers. Ugh. Now the app and the website are both a pain in the neck to log into. I may switch credit unions just because of the inconvenience.
