Photos • Tap a photo to browse — swipe left and right between photos, and pinch or double-tap to zoom. • Photos now open in view mode, so you can look around and zoom without accidentally drawing. Tap Annotate when you're ready to mark one up. • The same photo browsing is now available from the Overview's Photos & Videos card. Faster loading • The Overview, Schedule, and Homeowner tabs open instantly now and refresh quietly in the background — no more waiting on a spinner. Files • On iPhone, expand an area to see the files inside it, and each folder now shows its last-modified date. • Bigger, easier-to-hit controls when expanding areas. • On iPad, drag to resize the Areas sidebar, with a cleaner area header and a dedicated Edit button. • Fixed folders with wide images spilling out of place in grid view. Overview • New Setup and Metrics views — Setup guides you through getting a site live, and once the first steps are done, sites open straight to Metrics. • Edit the project name right from the Overview. • A cleaner progress meter, a steadier site map, and tidier data cards. • New Guest Sites filter on your projects list. Everywhere • Lots of small polish: header icons no longer jump when opening the menu, clearer buttons, and smoother modals.

- Files & Photos pages now show previews of the files and photos inside them, photos and videos are organized separately with a collapsible view, and you can create new items directly inside a folder. Links have more options and can be duplicated. - Scheduling: refined calendar and Gantt layouts, better empty states, and a quicker way to add items from a template or task. - Team management is easier to view and edit team members, transfer ownership or remove users, and a "You" badge so you can spot yourself. - Homeowner & notifications has a clearer state when it is empty to prompt user on what to do in the homeowner feed and improved notification settings. - Polish & fixes: clearer messaging when a site isn't published or active yet, address autofills when typing, scrolling bug fixes, and stability fixes throughout.

Photo annotations • Save is now instant — thumbnails update the moment you tap Save, with a small spinner in the corner while the upload finishes in the background. Reopening a photo right after saving shows your changes right away. • Redesigned toolbar on iPhone with tap-to-pick color and stroke width popovers. • Save button moved to the top-right corner for easier one-hand use. Files & Photo/Video • Folder cards now show a preview grid of the folder's most recent photos. • Area notes are visible on every tab with a clear edit button and a redesigned editor. • New floating "+" upload button on iPhone — same behavior as iPad. • Renaming a photo now correctly persists (fixed a bug where the title never changed after saving). • Photo card details are cleaner: no "image" label, date on the left, size on the right. • Unified sort menu across iPhone and iPad with a checkmark on your current selection. • Consistent folder icons and view-mode toggle. This update has a re-styling of the Overview page's content with a cleaner layout and more useful Jobsite stats. Also a few layout fixes for better mobile use and general improvements.
