Event cover photos now appear on the home screen — a bug was quietly stopping them from loading, and your events showed letter tiles instead. Fixed. Covers also load faster everywhere: once any screen has loaded a cover, every other screen reuses it instead of downloading the same photo again. Plus smaller fixes behind the scenes to keep photos, thumbnails, and cleanup running smoothly.

• Recap films can now star up to 30 of your photos — hand-pick your frames and the film grows with them • Scanning an event card now leads with the full app, so Crowdroll is on your home screen when the big moments happen • Cover photos no longer get cropped at the top on invites and the event page • Smoother first open of a finished roll — the whole album develops at once • Plus smaller fixes and polish

Hosts can add 25 extra shots to the roll without leaving the party - A fresh welcome tour that shows how a roll works before your first shot - The big-screen slideshow now keeps up as new photos land - Shots taken with the phone upside down now land the right way up - Clearer upgrade screen and a heads-up when your guest room is nearly full

Your logo, exactly where you want it. - Place your event logo anywhere on saved photos — tap a live preview and it slides into position. Top left, dead center, any corner. Works with any logo size or shape. - A cleaner photo viewer: your photo front and center, with one-tap sharing built in. - Most-liked photos now open as a set, so you can flick through the podium. - Recap improvements and plenty of small fixes.

Scan, shoot, done. Crowdroll now opens straight from the event QR code with our new App Clip — guests can join the roll and start shooting without installing anything. Also in this update: - A quieter people filter in the roll — tap to find anyone's shots by name. - Guests on any phone can now shoot from the browser, and watch the roll develop there too. - Small fixes and polish throughout.
