I have several bank accounts and use them all via phone apps. In an update a year or two back, Citizens Tri-County Bank software greatly improved. The attribute I like best is being able to make notes about every transaction in my own language to help keep track of money movements. It is now easily the best bank app I use. Because of this, I consolidated other bank accounts into Citizens. Thanks for this great software!

Love the updates to the new site. It’s clean, user friendly, and for the minor navigation help I needed, the customer care team went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I will always bank with Citizens Tri-County. They truly care about their customers and the community. Way to go the extra mile!

The app will tell you your available is one then and your current is another. That is fine, what is frustrating is when your current is higher then your available, and some times the opposite, you can overspend with funds you’d don’t have but you won’t know until 4 days later. I found that the funds are not marked correctly because some transactions will be stuck in “pending” but the bank won’t reflect that until the transaction goes through days later Very in convenient.

This app is very well written, and easy to use. Thank you for letting us go back for several years worth of data. Keep up the good work. I would love to be able to download in the csv file my tags and notes. That would be a great add on.
