App is a disaster
I purchased both the Premium subscription and the wine reviews subscription. The Premium app is glitchy and has lots of problems executing links. The wine reviews portion is not intuitive and its search algorithm is poor. It is hard to search for a particular. All the other wine critics who utilize apps are far more user friendly.
This is unfortunate because there is a lot
of information in Decanter but it is hard to access online. I won’t renew my $200+ set of subscriptions unless there are updates launched with a rework of the app’s platform.
Login broken
App logs out after update. The login screen shown is different than the one when freshly installing and login credentials do not work there! Have to delete and reinstall. How is this even possible, no testing all?
Significant deficiencies
App kicks you off after a period of time which is fine but when you try to log back in, at least in my case, I get a reply that my address is not an account. The work around is to delete the app and download it again. Pathetic to have to pay for this.
Content is excellent however.
