Created by Madhav West, a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Madhav received 4 years full time professional training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia and the Bihar School of Yoga in India in Yogic Science. He is also qualified in the field of Health Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

Relaxing and sleep inducing
I use this all the time to fall asleep. It works both at night when I can’t calm down as well as when I wake up too early. I usually fall asleep about 6 minutes into it, after lying awake for hours.
Excellent short yoga nidra
His voice is calm, grounded, and clear. This is just lovely. A classic short yoga nidra guides your attention to your breath, to sounds, and deep into your body. The music is a bit loud, but you can turn it off. I quite often do this before sleep.
Better than Espresso!
I love using this mid-afternoon for a quick refocus and it's the best form of "power nap" (although technically you're not supposed to be sleeping.
I recommend it to friends all the time.
