If you are looking for a practical way to stay in the word, this is a great addition to your life! I use this app to turn my daily commute into an audio bible-study. Ken's ability to unpack the content of the scripture and explain it in an easy-to-understand way helps me see the "big-picture" context of the content and allows me to directly apply it daily. This isn't the narrators opinions or perspectives; it is him allowing you to understand what the scripture is saying and how it can be applied. I will warn, there are a lot of audio issues early on. The first several series (as of today-January 2018) have various audio distractions, but after that the quality is totally stellar. I listened through the audio issues anyway and it wasn't too problematic. But if that bothers you, skip ahead. It's worth it. Stay in the word! However you can! This has helped me. I recommend coupling this with reading the respective chapters. You will get so much out of it. Every time I use this to complement my bible study, I have so many "aha" moments.
