Lately I’ve been having a problem with looking at items. I scroll thru and then I see no pictures, just info on the item. Then, when I try to look at something else I get a message “Access Denied”. Then I log out, log back in and eventually the same thing.

Also, lately I’ll purchase something (it states in stock, or it wouldn’t be there) and then as the order is being fulfilled it’s cancelled due to out of stock. The items this occurs on are Coach or Michael Kors purses. Once, I can understand but three times in as many months?

Lastly, why isn’t an item taken off when it’s “out of stock”? It’s a pain to click on something just to find out it’s zero availability.

I have been using this app for one week and I find it very resourceful. The events are present and are constantly updated for the most recent relevant information. There are some areas that could use some adjustments such as re entering your
password as well as notification of updates

We do recommend that you may consider the option to enable the biometrics such as touch-ID or Face-ID to save from entering username and password every time. There is a bell icon on the top left corner of the app dashboard, where you can see all the notifications. In order to receive all notifications, we recommend that you may consider checking if your device settings are enabled to receive notifications along with enabling notifications on DG app account settings.

I haven’t been able to view my cart in the Exchange tab of this app. This has been going on for almost a week. It also took countless tries for me to link my ShopMyExchange account to the app. It kept telling me over and over that there was an error and it “timed out.” My internet connection is great, but this app is so slow that I hardly use it.
I tried using it recently for a coupon that was advertised via the app, and literally haven’t been able to view my cart since. No one has resolved my issue and I’ve already reached out multiple times. The coupon is now expired, so that was a waste of time.
The concept is great, but the execution is awful!

In the meantime, we recommend you to access your shopmyexchange account from website and remove the expired coupon code from your cart, this is will allow you access to shopmyexchange from the DG mobile app.
