A few bugs

Overall, I’m enjoying this app. Just two simple things would make it better, in my opinion.

1. If I accidentally leave a “dot” on the plan, it is nearly impossible to eliminate it.

2. The “Save Changes” feature is glitchy to say the least. If I don’t save a photo of my completed plan, it almost never is possible to return to the plan as I saved it. And I have an updated iPad Pro.

Restricts access AFTER creating an entire plan?!?!

This was a free download that allowed me to start creating a plan immediately. I assumed it would eventually make me purchase a subscription to access more features. That’s expected and doesn’t bother me. What it ACTUALLY did was allow me to spend 45 minutes creating a floor plan for the house I’m about to buy, allow me to save it, and THEN restrict me from even VIEWING it until I purchase the subscription. Um, EXCUSE ME?!?! You’re not even going to let me view what I just spent 45 minutes creating?!? Ridiculous. I deleted it immediately. It’s a shame because it was pretty easy to use for what I needed. Not too complicated and had all the windows, fixtures, etc. The zoom feature needs some work and I would have liked an option to only draw on grid lines. Otherwise, very user friendly until it screwed me over.

I loved it until it betrayed me

This app was rather pleasant, and I had a good time using it for a school project. However, one thing about this app that truly embitters me is the fact you have to have a subscription to view your saved plans. Why DrawPlan? If you’re going to require a subscription from us to use this application, why can’t you just allow a limited amount of plans instead of wasting my time? What’s the point in making a plan and saving it, and seeing the nice text that says “saved” in the screen, but never letting me see the saved plan? At least warn me before you throw crap at me Mr. Plan.
