Not full screen on IPad Pro m2
This quintessential app for venue365 owners does not open on full screen on iPad Pro and latest iOS version. It only works with older iPad for which there are no iOS updates available anymore. DBX Venu360 is an amazing product. Please fix this essential app as it is hard to move with the laptop in my hands and listen to how speakers sound. Thank you for your effort!
App will not open in full view
The app has worked great so far however, since a few weeks ago, the app will not open in full view. I’ve tried to update the iOS and searched online for an app update however, nothing is available to fix the issue. It would be very nice to get it to work again because it’s something I use constantly while mixing.
Please Update!
If you’re selling a product with a key marketability being it’s network control through an app - you need to update the app for it to at least remain functional. Not updating it in 8 years despite users who have spent almost a thousand dollars for the product and complain about the screen issue is inexcusable. It’s shows disregard for the end user after the money is made.
