App does not capture sleep
This ring does not capture sleep the way that it should. I went to bed late last night around 1 o’clock and I was laying still for about 40 minutes and then I had to get up to go to the bathroom. And I went back to bed and slept until 11 o’clock in the morning and it only recorded 40 minutes of sleep. And then I wasn’t feeling good today so I slept most of the day and it didn’t record any of that sleep. I would love to hear back from the app developer.
這個戒指並沒有以應有的方式捕捉睡眠。昨晚我1點左右才上床睡覺，一動不動地躺了大約40分鐘，然後我不得不起身去洗手間。然後我就回到床上睡到早上11點，只記錄了40分鐘的睡眠時間。然後我今天感覺不太好，所以我大部分時間都在睡覺，但它沒有記錄任何睡眠。我很想聽聽應用程式開發人員的回覆。
Can’t load the app at all!!
My internet connection is great yet this thing won’t upload! I wonder if the ring will work , it would be useless without the app
Love the ring appearance
I like my nice looking green ring. It seems to work the way I expected. It needs to be given the option to use instead of the metric system, the imperial system so the data can be shared with other apps, especially my medical insurance app so I can get my exercise health rewards. Please give it a firmware update with the Imperial (inches/pounds/fahrenheit) system.
