I bought by ring to be able to stop wearing a watch that measured blood pressure throughout the day. I figured this ring and app would either measure continuously or let me set up times that I want it to measure during each day. NO IT ONLY MEASURES when I open the phone, open the app, click on the blood pressure, the. Click on it to measure.
My cardiologist does not find that acceptable so I have to go back to Tenovi’s ugly watch. PLEASE FIX THIS! It should be a fairly easy programming issue.
Meanwhile I will return the ring and uninstall the app.

First off, my expectations weren’t very high. The price, unfamiliarity with ring technology and the fact that I don’t like wearing rings all lowered my expectations from the get go. With that being said, let’s begin. The ring is very light and comfortable. No irritating sharp edges. Charging case is very nice. From my initial testing, it’s been accurate. Blood pressure readings were best spot on. Battery life is decent. You’ll get about 3-4 days before needing to charge. It looks very good. Now here is where things gets a bit disappointing. The only thing that appears to sync data for Apple Health is the Steps. The blood pressure and heart rate doesn’t appear in the data sources however steps do appear. I suggest that the developer of the ECTRi app work on those integrations for Apple Health and all other pertinent reading categories that aligns with Apple Health. However the iBand app works with this ring and has these features. Or am l missing something that turns on these functions? Developers please let me know as I’d like to fix this because if not then I may be returning this ring sadly.

I mainly bought this ring to monitor my blood pressure and sleep. The blood pressure and other factors that the ring measures are pretty accurate except for the sleep function. It only measures when you go to sleep and when you awaken; the problem is that most people with sleep problems get up several times during the night which often results in napping. This additional sleep is not monitored by the ring, so you don’t get an accurate reflection of exactly how much sleep you achieve got. Also, please update the app so weight can be inputted manually; currently, the app is very difficult to enter your correct weight. Thank you.
