Elephant Learning Math Academy is an automated math academy for children ages 2-16. On average children within our system learn 1.5 years of math in 3 months.

Our software replicates the perfect teacher. It quickly detects gaps in understanding and fills those gaps with proven puzzles designed by experts in early age education.

You are always informed with real-time reports. Parental advice integrates math into everyday life.

We are 100% compatible with all school curriculums because we focus on concepts rather than procedures thereby enhancing the classroom experience.

The Educational App Store says Elephant Learning is " the basis of mathematical learning for the future and that is why it has been awarded our five-star rating."

The results are outstanding. Evan, a 5 year old in our system that is in preschool has an Elephant Age of 9 and is currently doing multiplication and division. In fact, in a recent data analysis of our system, we fetched all students that had played for more than 6 weeks. Every child had gained at least 1 year, and many had gained much more. In fact, on average children in our system gained 1.5 years of math in 10.5 weeks with 29 minutes of playtime per a week.

Elephant Learning was created by 2 PhD Mathematicians from the University of Denver with only ONE GOAL, empower ALL children with math. Children in low income neighborhoods are 3 years behind their peers. That is why Elephant Learning is offering a buy 1 give 1 program. When you purchase a subscription we give a subscription to a family in need free of charge.

Noise Overkill

There needs to be a way to seperately set or mute the volume for extraneous sounds (the bells, whistles, clapping , etc) when there is a correct answer. The volume needs to be fairly high to hear the questions clearly (for some reason they are read in different accents). However, this makes the other noises, music, sounds seem VERY loud. My noise sensitive child covers her ears every time she gets an answer right and I get annoyed with these sounds when they are doing the program in the car. Also, the “affirmation noises” (especially the clapping one) seems to go on far too long. A nice little ding, or a voice saying “correct” should be sufficient. I will adjust my review as these issues are addressed.

Excellent - Above Expectations

This app is excellent and works as advertised. My 5 year old son and 8 year old daughter really had fun doing math with this app. The developer is very responsive to questions and even called me personally.

Reading the other reviews I think some people didn’t get it.

This curriculum is created custom for your child and is presented as a game. The child can change the games theme/skin at any time, but the content is the same.

My 5 year old son loved the submarine theme, and the cool reward icons that show up after each problem. My 8 year old daughter choose the unicorn theme for her games.

1. The animal / character icons are just different themes, not levels and not different content.
2. The experience is seamless even when you change themes.
3. The whole thing starts with an assessment, so my kids were shown both familiar and new concepts.

The app customizes the content for each child based on their initial assessment and ongoing scores.

Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the support. The developer was responsive, polite and very professional.

They block your ability to comment or leave a review

We tried elephant learning a few years back and my son did not like it and it was not engaging at ally The technology was really horrible especially compared to other apps that were free. It needed work so we cancelled it. Fast forward a few years I noticed a sponsored ad by elephant learning and I saw all the positive comments, I went to the FB page and realized I was still following them so I tried to comment asking if they have done any updates since I last used it. Well wouldn’t ya k ow I can’t comment on anything or leave a review. If you cancel or aren’t satisfied it seems as if the turn off your commenting so they won’t have any public negative feedback. Wondering if this is true otherwise what is the reason that I’ve been blocked from commenting or leaving a review???
