Like the workouts and flexibility of app

I love Emily Skye and and was excited to try this app. I trying to lose fat and need help with a meal plan. The workouts seem great and I love the flexibility of the meal plan and swapping foods the only thing I can say is it doesn’t ask for height and weight and whether your goals are too gain muscle or lose fat your meal plan has to reflect that and one size doesn’t fit all. I have different requirements than someone taller or shorter than me. I don’t know how they calculate the meal plans otherwise

Great program for moms

This program helped me loose all my baby fat in less than 5 months! From 30% body fat I went down to 18.8%. I did not even follow the eating plan as I was suppose to but I still loose all the extra weight and gained muscle. For the first time ever I can see baby abs showing and more definition in my upper and lower body. The workouts are fun and dynamic. You have the option to do “at home” or “gym” workouts. They last from 20-35 minutes. This is great when you have a busy life...Breakfast smoothies and snacks are delicious. Most of the meals are very good too. I love this program!

Excellent workout; small improvements would make app better

Workouts are great and I really enjoy them - add variety when I’m bored and don’t know what to do! Also makes me feel motivated because I have a plan laid out for me and don’t have to think about what exercises to do. As another reviewer mentioned, it would be nice if there were voice cues. It also would be nice if the gym videos had voiceover explaining how to do the moves correctly like the at home workouts do in the full length video. Since I’m just starting out, I watch them over and over several times before doing an exercise.
