The Encompass Roadside Assistance app has been carefully designed to make requesting assistance faster, more accurate, and convenient.

-Request assistance for a flat tire, fuel delivery, mechanical issue, jump start, lock out and more
-Use GPS, maps and satellite to pinpoint your vehicle’s location
-Follow prompts assisting you in diagnosing the problem and requesting the applicable service
-Receive confirmation that service is on the way as well as estimated time of arrival
-Your towing and labor coverage confirms eligibility for Roadside Assistance under your policy.*

*If you do not have towing and labor coverage, a customer service representative will still send help; however, you will need to arrange for payment of the roadside assistance.

Simple and Easy!

I locked myself out of my car when I arrived to work one morning. Within an hour someone was there to unlock my car and get my keys out. It was simple, easy, and I could track exactly when someone would there to help! Thanks for taking the stress out of a stressful situation!

Epic fail by Enterprise

This app failed me on several levels—starting with the fact that it would not even recognize my policy #. After the first failed attempt, it wipes what you typed, so you must retype it. Then it adds a message telling you to call Encompass for assistance. So I called, had to wait on hold for about 5 minutes, then was connected. The rep took my info and I received a text afterward, confirming the request. It said the tow truck would arrive in the next 5-25 minutes, so I got a friend to drive me to where my car had broken down. We waited, and waited, but no one came. So I finally called the number of the tow service, and they said they had no record of the call. So I had to wait another 45 minutes until the owner arrived. Bear in mind, the temp outside was frigid, well below zero. So I am not impressed at ALL, Enterprise.

Jump start within 20 mins all from the app

Car would not start in the car park of a store after lots of short trips. I was able to order a jumpstart from the app and 20 mins later I was back up and running.
