Enrollment HUB is a streamlined paperless application that allows agents to complete Humana and CarePlus applications for both Connected and Offline Enrollments for the following product lines; Medicare Advantage / Medicare Advantage & Prescription Drug / Prescription Drug Plans / Dental & Vision / Medicare Supplement. With Enrollment HUB you can securely store, transmit and track client enrollment information directly with Humana. It’s compatible across multiple web browsers and devices and allows the reuse of consumer data to reduce manual entry by agents so you can spend more time selling.

Submit app still not working with iOS 13.1.3
App doesn’t allow submit to work with all info keyed in and everything is in green. Works on windows laptop but not on IOS.
Update for iPad Pro 11
The iPad Pro 11 came out in 2018 and Apple just released the second generation of this tablet. The screen is still fitted to the older model of the iPad, the 9.7 and/or 10.5 models. Please allow me to use the entire 11 in screen.
Also there’s a little bit of a lag when the member is signing. It was not there a few versions ago but it is on there now and it is a little annoying.
EHub Glitch
When migrating from Scope to App, try just closing EHub completely and log back in. You may find the scope in appointments offering “Enroll”. Seems to go fine after an App reboot. I have 60 submitted apps since starting to use EHub.
Don’t be afraid to close it completely, everything will be there when it reopens.
