Almost a perfect execution. Didn’t stick the landing.

This app is great for what it is. It has given me another reason to be conscious of my health and my habits. It helps you track health milestones and activities. Decent user interface, can be a bit counterintuitive at times and hard to locate what your looking for. The photo submission technology could use some attention as well; it just seems a bit unpolished at this point.

My suggestions for possible additions would be a graph of some sorts, to show overall progress or even progress towards a goal. Also, my an addition of a hydration section. Keeping hydrated and drinking water have numerous health benefits. This might be a stretch, but putting in a section for smokers that are quitting to keep track of there progress and how much they are smoking might make it more helpful to hit a certain goal.

This may be unrelated, but the Walmart partnership is a fantastic idea for both revenue ad health. The problem is, the new Walmart pickup service does not support the use of the healthy discount card. I would like to see an integration of these two services.

Great app and program

We started participating early this year and didn’t really think anything of it. I first thought, “Just another program the insurance company does to make you think they care.” Which it is. However, we went months without checking in on it and when we finally decided to we had over 12,000 bucks to spend on gifts. We got each of sons a Garmin Jr, and my spouse a new fitbit. The only thing I wish they would allow is for the kids activity trackers to report to the account as well. I also wish they would separate each family member so they could see what they earned. Some of the extra ways to earn points don’t make sense or they make very difficult to prove. All in all it a free program and it’s very easy to sign up and use.

Can’t stand the app - HORRIBLE

I resent even giving this app one star. In theory, this would be a wonderful way to keep track of my health, but the app is one of the worst I’ve EVER used. No really, I have to REPEAT this statement for emphasis: THIS IS THE WORST APP I’ve EVER used. It CONSTANTLY “forgets” who you are - “forgets” your device, “forgets” your password, stops using Face ID. I am literally CONSTANTLY resetting my password, CONSTANTLY entering security codes, CONSTANTLY being told I’m accessing the app from a new device (when I’m only using one phone!!!), CONSTANTLY being asked if I want to use Face ID - only for the app to ignore that request and ask you to manually enter your password. I have bank and investment apps that don’t go through this 3 ring circus of security!!! This has become so utterly TEDIOUS - I just don’t care about improving my health any more!!?! Is that really the goal HUMANA?? I know of other health insurance apps that are seamless, perfect and easy to use. With each update I’m always hoping the app gets better, and it NEVER DOES. I have many apps on my phone, and I have not experienced this issue with ANY OF THEM, including high-security financial apps. I would NOT RECOMMEND this app to anyone!!!!!
