Where is the Apple Wallet for the Auto ID Cards?
The app is fine for what it is but why isn’t there support to add the Auto ID Cards to the Apple Wallet? If I ever need access to the insurance cards, I don’t want to have to go rooting around in the app to find them when I can just double click on the button on the side and have it pop right up in the Apple Wallet. This is something that every company that has a “card” for their service should include in their app. If all I wanted was the ability to go into a menu list of places to find information, I can do that by going to the regular website using a browser. Come on Erie, let’s get this feature added.

Ok but needs to support Apple wallet
This is fine for a basic app to access my policies. However my primary reason for downloading the app was to get a copy of my insurance card to save on my phone. Unfortunately this developer chooses a PDF format that can’t be saved as a photograph and can’t be added to apple wallet. my old insurance company had the ability to save my insurance cards to my Apple wallet. That allowed me to access them 24/7 without any Internet connections at all. unfortunately I have to log into the app pick the ID card select the vehicle get the ID and view the PDF all within the app. This is incredibly cumbersome. How disappointing in 2022!
It’s fine, but doesn’t support Apple Wallet
I pay my premiums online with a desktop computer since that’s where I save receipts and do bookkeeping, etc, so I really only have this app as a way to access my ID card. It’s insane that it’s about to be 2022 and they still don’t support adding your Insurance ID Card to the Apple Wallet. Like, Office Depot supported that with their shopper rewards card 5 years ago. Erie, you seriously need to get with the times - you’re the only major insurance provider that hasn’t added this feature to their app.
