Can’t add items
Turn phone sideways if you can’t add another item, downloaded app to personal phone while work phone being repaired, could not add item after the first one, turned phone sideways then “add item” worked.
Honestly ESC is the worst app I’ve ever used. I downloaded this on my personal phone just to write a review because I can’t even begin to explain how many times I have ran behind in my day strictly due to my jobs not being able to complete after recording all of my data. Even worse, sometimes after finally letting me back out and see my next job it will erase all of my data that I recorded. Luckily my company is moving to a different app. I cannot stress this enough, if you care about your employees do not use this app for invoicing. If I could give it a 0 star review, I would.
We have 20+ users on this service. Trying to implement mobile time sheets, but it takes 5 minutes for the app to load and change the working status. We have upgraded our server in the office, and had no luck getting any faster speeds. We have called ESC many times in the last few months, and no one can give us an answer to fix our problem.
