Eva's Log
Big care, one app.
Free · In‑App Purchases
Track your cycle, your pregnancy and your baby's feeds, sleep and diapers in one app, and share the day with your partner, grandparents and sitter. No account, no ads.
Eva's Log follows your family from trying to conceive to your baby's first years. Cycle tracking and sharing stay free, logging starts free, and Premium and outfits are paid.
TRYING TO CONCEIVE
• Log periods, temperature, ovulation tests and cervical signs on a cycle dial
• Period, fertile window and ovulation estimates from your own history, shown as ranges
• Cycle tracking is always free. Not a method of birth control.
PREGNANCY
• A page for each week
• A kick counter and a contraction timer, with Lock Screen timers
• A bleeding log, appointments, a bump gallery and letters to your baby
YOUR BABY
• A breastfeeding timer with a large left and right switch you can use with one hand
• Bottle presets, pumping and milk storage, solid foods and reactions
• A formula barcode scanner that looks products up in Open Food Facts
• Large diaper buttons
• A sleep timer with a wake window that uses corrected age for babies born early
• Growth charts for weight, length and head size, and a milestone checklist
• A short daily tip for each of the first four weeks
EVERYONE WHO HELPS
Invite a co-parent, a grandparent or a babysitter with a code they scan or a link you send. When they join, you confirm each person and pick their role. A co-parent logs and edits, a grandparent follows the day, and a sitter logs feeds, sleep and diapers for the time you choose. Sharing is free, for as many people as you like, and runs through your family's own iCloud.
A PORTRAIT THAT GROWS WITH YOUR BABY
Your baby gets a portrait that sleeps while the sleep timer runs, wakes when it stops, and grows with age. A base wardrobe is free. More outfits, costumes and accessories are one-time purchases.
YOUR OWN SLEEP
With your permission, Eva's Log reads your sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and breathing rate from Apple Health, so you can see how nights with a newborn affect your own rest. It never writes to Apple Health.
ON YOUR IPHONE
Today and Log widgets, Live Activities for feeds, sleep, contractions and kick counts, Control Center buttons, and Siri shortcuts for logging.
PRIVACY
No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your entries stay on your iPhone and its backup, and sync through your family's own iCloud only if you turn on sharing. We never receive them unless you email us.
FREE AND PREMIUM
Always free:
• Cycle tracking
• The bleeding log, the contraction timer and the kick counter
• Sharing with everyone who helps
• Reading, charting, editing and deleting everything you have logged
Free to start: logging is free for your first 60 days with a baby and your first three months of pregnancy entries, plus a week of baby entries after a birth or loss you record.
Eva's Log Premium, an auto-renewing subscription, adds:
• New entries after the free window
• Adding another child yourself, or a new pregnancy after one that ended in a birth (the baby you add when you record the birth is free)
• Exports: a report for your pediatrician, appointment prep for any dates, the first-year keepsake (free in Grief mode), your letters as one document, and a comma-separated values (CSV) file of your records
Premium renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel in Settings, and the price is shown before you buy. If a subscription ends, nothing you already logged is removed.
OUTFITS (ONE-TIME PURCHASES)
Each outfit, costume or accessory is bought once and stays with your Apple ID, for every child. Holiday items appear in the shop during their season.
Eva's Log is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk with your doctor or midwife before making medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Ratings & Reviews
Clearer urgent advice. The warning signs for heavy bleeding after birth, a baby's breathing, fever and fluids in early pregnancy, and the postpartum red flags now follow the thresholds in CDC, Seattle Children's and NIMH guidance.
More accurate growth percentiles, read from WHO's daily tables, most noticeable in the first weeks.
A fuller export. Export all data now includes pumping sessions and medicines, and paused feeds count only the time spent feeding.
Dad's check-ins stay Dad's, crisis help appears as soon as it is needed in the depression check-in, and the first screen opens faster.
