No Longer Functional or Practical
This app has been hit and miss on functionality for a long time, but ever since the last update I have been completely unable to log in at all to check my balance or see transactions. Please update and fix. I know I’m not the only one having these problems since the last update. I’ve tried reaching out to Customer Service and gotten nowhere. They are non-responsive. Would not recommend this app, you are better off logging in on a desktop.
Able to get in now
I was reading the latest reviews about how since the last update 2 weeks ago people have not been able to log into the app. Well I have only had this problem for the last couple days that I have noticed, and really only cause I couldn’t see my balance. I took a chance and delete app then redownloaded and it let me log in with no problem
honestly, i love the app and check is regularly, but since the last update, i’m no longer able to see my balance at all. i can’t log in no matter how many times i try. this is really sad, but something needs to be done. i’m also happy i’m not the only one having this issue either because maybe you will actually do something about it
