Obsessed with Express
I’m so confused by other reviews below that are ranting and raving about the poor quality of this app. The EXPRESS app is DOOOPE and I use it constantly. And I’ve literally never had a problem with it. I love EXPRESS clothing. Mainly because I’m a guy, a skinny one, and they make clothes in size XSMALL and not many men’s stores do. The 28” 30” pants fit me great. And they do tend to stay pretty current and trendy with their stuff. Sometimes a little too much and I stay away from that stuff. i.e the Logo Graphic Tees. But I digress. The app gives you ALL the info you need. Your NEXT info. Different ways to earn points. Super accessible shopping . Access to your credit card, to shop with or make payments. It’s so easy. Maybe these unhappy ppl have cheap phones or don’t use an Express card. Which is just crazy cuz EXPRESS has the most incredible rewards program if taken advantage of. If you’re reading this review, I’m telling you this app is awesome. Don’t listen to haters. At least see for yourself. This app is on the first page of my phone, right below my Instagram, my Twitter and my Snapchat apps. It’s a DEFINITE must have for me. I’m 100 % pro Expresss and the app is like the icing on the cake.
Quality, Dependability, Convenience
Having a grown son living 900 miles away can make gift giving a difficult process; especially when his birthday is on Christmas Day! However, I love having an account with Express and I can either shop near my home or online. I usually shop online. I can find so many items that I know he will like and look great wearing and the quality of the clothes are wonderful. I can have everything shipped to him and anything that doesn’t fit or he doesn’t like; he can easily exchange at the store in the city where he lives. I also pass on to him my extra coupons in case he wants to purchase gifts for friends or more items for himself. It makes things so easy for us both. Last year I wrapped the presents and took them with me and it filled my car! Having everything shipped to him is much easier. I can wrap them when I get there. Thank you Express for making my life easier and I know I am giving wonderful gifts!
Love the clothes, Hate the app
I never write reviews like this, BUT Please please fix some of these app issues that I’m pretty sure have been known for some time now. This app is constantly having issues. An “Oops our bad” message pops up A LOT! Its also extremely hard to get back to where you left off once you’re done looking at an individual item. The most ridiculous issue is the fact that items just disappear from my cart WHILE I’m still shopping. I mean, isn’t the point of the retail business to make me buy as many items as possible? Shouldn’t it be expected that I need time to sort through the inventory in order to do so? Maybe you could at least send an alert that the cart will expire instead of giving someone else who may be faster at shopping my item? It would also be great to be able to favorite an item and come back to this list at a later time so I don’t have to sort through everything each time I want to make a purchase. This would also cut down on checkout time. And finally, when I filter results for my size, please find a way to actually show me items that are in my size. Thank you!
