Subscription details:
Your Subscription Service starts when it is activated through the FallCall Detect App. Service will remain in effect for a minimum of one (1) month from the date of activation after which it may be terminated by either you or FallCall Solutions for any reason. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Falldetect shuts off around 60 seconds after being started.. how do I keep running when needed?

Hello. Thanks for the outreach. This is strictly a permission issue that needs to be granted when you onboard the motion and fitness parameter. Remember: by granting the permission, the motion data is collected and processed on your device only. We just receive the data packet that a fall was detected and then send the help notifications out. Will email you the fix.
Detects high versus low - contacts right people

Offers simple interface with voice commands. Biggest advantage over other fall detection apps is that it identifies the type of fall and contacts the right type of help. If a low impact fall is detected and emergency support is not needed, it communicates the fall to caregivers/family members who can check on the user. If a high impact fall is detected it contacts the central emergency monitoring service (if you pay and activate it) and the caregiver — you don’t have to worry about an ambulance showing up if it’s not needed.

Had some trouble getting my watch to recognize the app and emailed customer service. Got a very quick reply and they worked with me to get everything set up. My daughter was emailing as well and they even recognized that she was emailing about my issue and told her they were in the process of helping me. I was very impressed!!

Very well thought out app. Great solution to replace single button alert devices.This Apple watch app greatly increases compliance, compared to dedicated medical alert devices.Newest version make it more user friendly.Service has been outstanding. Calls and emails answered same day. Some not so intuitive nuances are in place because of apple programming requirements with well programmed work arounds. As a physician with elderly parents this medical alert solution should be strongly considered.
