Terrible iOS app

This app takes forever to load the dashboard often 1-3 minutes for no discernible reason. No other app that I have on my phone is this slow to load. Also acknowledging alerts from notifications on my Apple Watch is a pain. If I hit acknowledge it just doesn’t work. This is supposed to be used for things that are mission critical but because it’s so cumbersome and clunky it’s an absolute pain to use. Why even have an iOS app if it barely works. Using the web interface is often better than this. Feels like this app is an afterthought that exists just to tick a box for them to say. “Yep! We support that” 🤓
Dashboard stuck in crash loop

Everytime I open the app the Dashboard goes into a crash loop and constantly refreshes. I've tried closing, restarting the iPhone, etc. And nothing. Rest of the TabViews work okay but I haven't been able to use the Dashboard at all.
We've added feature flagging to allow rollout of new features.
