Love everything about this program

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review before, but this app and Anna Victoria and her team have changed my life (literally). I had been yo-yo dieting and flip-flopping with different ineffective workout plans for years until I got this app last June (2018). I have lost 0 (ZERO) pounds. And I’m thrilled about it!!! I realized through her message and all the guidance she gives through her app and social media that fitness is not about weight, it’s about nourishing yourself (body and mind) and moving your body. This app gives you every tool you need to face fitness head on. It provides you with an accurate macro breakdown (hard to find one that doesn’t give you unrealistically low or high numbers), easy to follow meal plan, convenient grocery list including all the ingredients needed for that weeks meals, three different exercise program options with different goals for each of them, and video guidance on all things fitness, mental wellbeing, how to work through struggles with your fitness journey, and food guidance. Such a reasonably priced app for all that you get. Amazing, kind, and prompt team that has fixed every tiny glitch I’ve had within 24 hours of me letting them know about it (shoutout to Sara). I could go on and on. If you’re looking for something that spells it out for you, with a community that holds you accountable without guilting you when you slip up, this is it.

LIFE CHANGING!!!

I have never written a review on here but this app calls for it. I’ve had this app since January 2018. I’ve never been addicted to an app as much as this one. This app offers you so much, it calculates your macros for you based off of required information like age and activity level and offers you meals based off your preferences (vegan, vegetarian etc). I’ve never been bored with the app. And now with the new update there’s a lot more options like sculpt, shred and tone. Sculpt for weight lifting and using the machines at the gym. Shred for specific weight loss. Tone for a combination which was in the app before the update. The format of the app is well done. The thing that blew my mind is the customer service!! The entire crew is responsive and they truly do their absolute best to help you. It doesn’t even feel like you are speaking with a customer service department. You’re speaking to a friend. I’ve stopped going to the gym completely and started using the app for my workouts. Especially in the cold winter months, no need to warm your car and clean the snow off. Just need dumbbells and a mat. I’m seeing changes in my body that I’ve never seen before. And if you have Instagram, you pretty much get an entire crew to cheer you on. Honestly, from the bottom of my heart this is one of the best things that I’ve ever paid for. So incredibly happy and grateful for this app!

Helped me become consistent

Note: reviews only apply to strength based workouts. This is the first strength workout program I’ve tried that starts and escalates at a realistic level. All the weight programs build slowly at a pace that promotes strength building without exhausting you. It’s great to be able to adjust the fitness level so you can repeat programs. Seeing the consistent gains and progress is motivating. I’ve done 20+ weeks through two programs which is the longest I have stuck with one program. I like to mix in workouts from the Endurance program as well. The workout take anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on difficulty.

The downside- I don’t thinking working out 6 days a week is realistic or the best plan for every body to promote adequate recovery (neither does my PT husband). The program recommends 3 days of strength and 3 days of cardio + abs. Macros and calorie counting is also not something I find sustainable.

That being said, I only do the strength and ab workouts and mix in 1-2 other workouts a week, walks with the dog, no strict cardio and no drastic diet, and have seen results that I’m super happy with. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and look forward to these workouts.

We agree that 6 days a week is not realistic for everyone which is why the workouts are organized in sessions instead of days! This way you can combine sessions (for example do one strength session and one core session together) so you will be able to take more rest days. We think it’s perfect how you’re choosing the sessions that work best for you and your goals and are mixing in walks throughout the week.
