Booked a flight a month ago, flight network cancelled our flight the day after we booked it, charged my credit card and never notified us that our flight was cancelled. Now we have to pay almost double since trip is in two weeks. They are telling us we have to go thru airline to get our money back. Unbelievable. Customer service was worthless to talk to. Very disappointing and would never recommend. If we don’t get refunded it was definitely a scam.

They canceled my flight without any confirmation

My flight was rescheduled without any confirmation. They keep telling me that they have sent me an email on Dec 23rd, but I didn’t get an email. I only got an email on Jun 16th with my current information for my flight from Phuket to Seattle and they keep telling me that it was my fault. Stay away from this company! Keep your money and choose another service!

Worst app ever

I used this app cause it was recommended to me and honestly it was horrible. Super hard to use, the communication between them and the airlines is non existed. So long story short I booked a flight to go to New York they sent me to New Jersey and pretty much said that’s close enough…so honestly use this app but take it from me you could end up not going to the city you booked.
