Many functions, too limited
I have really enjoyed many of the aspects of the app from paying bills to mobile deposit. However, the app needs the ability to add a payee so the account holder doesn’t need to go to the full website. Also, $1,000 mobile deposit limit is ridiculous and has forced me to have a friend write me two checks since I don’t have a branch within 100 miles. Otherwise I have not felt like much is missing after the many updates.
Can’t get it together
I feel like I’ve been with FLCU since the beginning of time. 4 car loans all paid off, savings, checking, credit cards, you name it. I even put up with their old school app that could just handle basic requests. When the update came out I was super excited. I thought finally, my dedication is paying off and they got it together. That’s a hard NO!! 9 out of 10 times I get “connection lost” error when trying to log in. It’s infuriating. I have logged into the mobile site more in the last 6 months than I ever had because the app just doesn’t work. I’ve tried deleting it, re-downloading it, used it on WiFi , on cellular data, tried at low peak times and high peak times. Nothing. What’s ever more frustrating is when you call they say they haven’t heard of the issue but yet everyone seems to have it. I would take the old app back because it actually works but now I’m feeling like I just need to move on from FLCU. It’s 2018 and it’s pretty ridiculous an app is having LOGIN issues that they really don’t care about resolving!!!

Loving the recent update!
I was always underwhelmed with FLCU banking app- UNTIL THIS NEW UPDATE! I can finally pay my credit card payment(s), apply for a new checking accounts, and enjoy a much more user friendly lay out. I am so please with the update, and have found myself opening the app multiple times today, just to enjoy utilizing the new features (sad, maybe, but no joke). I’ve been a FLCU account holder for 5 years or so, and am so pleased with the facelift of the app. 5 stars from me!
