Game changer!
Where has this been all my life!? I have yet to come across anything that dives into such an important topic that is needed by all. The tools, support, humor and honesty around forgiveness and what it means/feels to forgive someone but also (and most importantly) forgiving ourselves!! This topic and discussion needs the head seat at every table so we can all finally set ourselves free!
Healing in the Palm of my Hand
This app has changed the way I look at my behavior and relationships. I am much more aware of how I blame and shame myself and others. I forgive so much more easily. I am getting better sleep because the ruminating has decreased. Thank goodness for that. I feel like a new person. I am so grateful.
Much needed healing!
I have always carried things in my life that have slowed me down, hard to truly get to a place of forgiveness. This app really made it easy to work through the things that I needed to. Getting to a place of true forgiveness is not easy, but with this app, its definitely attainable.
