The convenience of being able to do my banking is effortless using the mobile app. I’m so glad I took the opportunity to visit my branch that helped me get started before the COVID19 restrictions went into full effect
Terrible mobile online honestly. I have the two gather apps so I can connect online but it would not even allow me to connect at all. Keeps telling me to retry I’m over it, even if I have solid connection and WiFi...if I could rate it I’d rate it zero stars terrible. The other gather app I have to wouldn’t even alow me to to go through keeps saying my pass and ID is wrong. Went on the computer to their actual online site and it went thru I don’t understand. They should really try to fix their apps I’m disappointed.
It’s Gotten Better
Overall the app feels quicker and easier than earlier versions. I like the quick login with a PIN. My main gripe is that when you deposit a check, it puts up these “helpful” banners that block your view of the check you’re trying to take a picture of.
