Works but needs improvement
The app is a great tool to easily access many companies. It’s essentially the same as the website. My main complaint is that there is no back button! Once you get off the main screen there is no going back one screen. Gestures don’t work. Only tapping the logo at the top returns you sometimes all the way to the main screen or you have to completely close and start over.
Get Human is a simple yet well designed support application that works to simplify customer support for the user. With a single entry of a company name users will be taken to a screen with various options to connect with someone whether it be the main support number with a listing of the estimated wait time, other numbers for specific departments or other ways support is available such as live chat or e-mail. The app will also provide on the support page reasons customers have recently contacted the company as well as provide numbers for similar companies. The latter could come in handy in case you are calling various companies regarding product availability, sales or some issue that is not just not related to one particular business. While not every company is available to call whether due to no number being present or because of a oversight pretty much all large commercial businesses will display in Get Human.
Started of as great idea now worse then sitting on hold
This application started out great with a great idea and great way to get to customer support and plus this possible way. However, the current version is much more complicated and more intensive to use than calling the operator directly and waiting on hold.
The new application tries to entice you to use their bots To make the phone call for you in to Connect you with the customer support representative. Last three times I agreed to use their bath and called the customer support and got a hold of a human six times faster than the bot that never called me back.
On top of that, the application actively discourage you from calling customer support and since you to their knowledge base. This is painful to use because once you go into their funnel The only way to get back to the customer support number is to exit the application completely and find the customer support number again. So this application hides the customer support phone number from you actively and actively tries to discourage you from calling them.
This application is now worse than calling customer support service.
