Get Human is a simple yet well designed support application that works to simplify customer support for the user. With a single entry of a company name users will be taken to a screen with various options to connect with someone whether it be the main support number with a listing of the estimated wait time, other numbers for specific departments or other ways support is available such as live chat or e-mail. The app will also provide on the support page reasons customers have recently contacted the company as well as provide numbers for similar companies. The latter could come in handy in case you are calling various companies regarding product availability, sales or some issue that is not just not related to one particular business. While not every company is available to call whether due to no number being present or because of a oversight pretty much all large commercial businesses will display in Get Human.
Some national corporations are not available on gethuman. Otherwise, this app is fantastic. It feels as if you are cutting in line to reach customer support. Should your waiting time be too long, the app provides an option to have the business contact you instead without bumping you from the que.
It’s over a week
It’s over a week now. I’ve gotten one text and two emails from GetHuman asking if I got my question answered. The answer is no. Maybe someone can explain the reviews with more than one star. Perhaps in my case the fault lies with eBay and not GetHuman. There’s really no way to tell from the reviews what company’s customer service was contacted and who’s at fault, customer service or GetHuman.
Great concept if it worked.
I put in a request over 24 hours ago. This app is not going to save you time waiting on Hold. In fact it will take longer to reach customer service using the app. When you remember you never got the call back, you will still have to call customer service on your own. Then add that time to the time you initiated the request and remembered you didn’t get the callback.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
