No matter what I have to have done, the efficiency of Norwich GHS is exceptional, they are very courteous and helpful, they don’t ever make you feel like you are not important. Great job to all who work there.

Imagine: A national emergency is announced and you are told to stay home. After the first week without work, you anxiously await your paycheck to arrive into your account. When you awake and go to open the application you get an error message that online banking is not available currently.Over 24 hours pass and GHS still doesn’t have online banking fixed. A surprise to you, even though this is a regular occurrence, you can’t believe a bank would be so inconsiderate at a time of desperate need. That’s GHS service for you. Never there when you need it, slow to the draw and finding new ways to make your head swell. Stay away.

GHS is a GREAT credit Union! The community involvement helps so many people and their rates on loans are the best in the area. So glad I am a member.

Virtually impossible to now do an echeck deposit as camera link does not respond when you turn phone to landscape. Camera function will not open to take picture of check, it worked in June but perhaps developers need to update app to keep up with updated IOS on iPhones.
