The App no longer recognizes our sign

We have the 1050b from GLI and for the first 6 months we used it it was great and worked without issue… that is until daylight savings time came and we tried reconnecting to the sign to update the time. To our surprise when we opened the app our sign was not listed on the nearby device list. We tried uninstalling the app which did nothing, unplugging and plugging back in the sign, as well as restarting the four different devices we tried using to even get the app to register that the sign was nearby. Nothing. We spent $200 on a sign that now turns itself off and on over 2 hours earlier than it is supposed to and no matter what we do it still won’t even show our device in the app. Extremely disappointing to spend this much money and it basically being worthless. We’ve tried contacting the company’s customer support 3 different times via their contact us page in their website and have yet to get a response. Highly recommend finding another brand of sign if you’re using this for your primary business open sign.

Last update did NOT fix the problem...

The last update (5 months ago) was said to fix a problem of the sign incorrectly recognizing the open times of each day in 12hr mode. It has not corrected the problem as I am a new user and recipient of the open sign and app as of less than 2 weeks ago and I have experienced that very problem since day one. In 12hr mode the “open times” side of the board shows 24hr times while the “closed times” side shows 12hr times. I’ve attempted uninstall/reinstall of the app as well as manual correction of the times to “reset” things as suggested by green light but it only made things worse. Now making any change in the app to the open times side of the board has no affect to the sign at all. PLEASE FIX.

To correct this issue, please toggle between 24 hour and 12 hour modes.

The app is terrible.

I cannot change the hours. I started closing on Mondays, but it will not let me program it that way. Also, it doesn’t recognize the time change due to daylight savings. You should let us set the time manually or at least set the time zone. Please fix this asap. People think we are open when we are not. When you make changes. The update button doesn’t respond. I have literally tried 50 times from more than one device.
