So i ordered menu cards for my foodtruck, had perfectly sized prints, but due to lazy programming it would not fit correctly to the gotprint UI preview perfectly, which is forgivable, but annoying when i have 11 signs i have to make. Theres no template function so i had to retype each of the 12Parameters in manually, which was also annoying but forgivable. After wrestling with making sure they were finalized and approving the sign design 3 times to make sure the image wasn’t cut off, and waiting a week, i was disappointed to find the matte printed version of my design was blurrier than expected, which when i tried to get a reprint or refund the process was a hassle and was sent through confusing avenues i ultimately had no more time to bother with. Sign quality was good otherwise, but for the hassle i would rather just go to a local print shop and drop off a usb and pick up my signs in a few days. I was excited for a seamless signage app to use for my business, but i think the app has a couple loose seams still. Keep working on it devs, i think it could be a great service, better than just ok.

When using the website, the site will not load when it comes to editing. Tried on WiFi and without. Safari said a repeated error was occurring with the site. Decided to download the app instead to see if it worked better. The app is much more worse. Nothing like the site. The site gives you many options and images to choose from. The app doesn’t. The app doesn’t allow you to view examples. The site also says they do prints like wedding invites but the app does not have the option to do that. If I could give it a 0, I would

I have my designs 100 percent but when it goes to preview it puts my text vertically were all my texts aren’t on my card as it’s within the lines. I can tap on the front and it will work but the back won’t then vice versa. I asked to send a email to show the problem they straight up said no. Doesn’t make sense why an app on the App Store is designed for a computer/laptop and all she could say is to do it on the laptop after I just spent 2hours editing after it already glitched out and I had to redo it twice. Slowest app I ever used.
