When using the website, the site will not load when it comes to editing. Tried on WiFi and without. Safari said a repeated error was occurring with the site. Decided to download the app instead to see if it worked better. The app is much more worse. Nothing like the site. The site gives you many options and images to choose from. The app doesn’t. The app doesn’t allow you to view examples. The site also says they do prints like wedding invites but the app does not have the option to do that. If I could give it a 0, I would

I have my designs 100 percent but when it goes to preview it puts my text vertically were all my texts aren’t on my card as it’s within the lines. I can tap on the front and it will work but the back won’t then vice versa. I asked to send a email to show the problem they straight up said no. Doesn’t make sense why an app on the App Store is designed for a computer/laptop and all she could say is to do it on the laptop after I just spent 2hours editing after it already glitched out and I had to redo it twice. Slowest app I ever used.

I’ve been researching so I can to design business cards for my photography business, and I seen where GotPrints had really good reviews.I download the app and start designing. The app is relatively easy to use but has extremely limited options when it comes to fonts and other things to use for designing. Despite this it is not the reason why I’m giving it a bad rating. In the middle of my design the app glitches and I could not get it fixed without having to complete restart my design.
