Bugs...1. While editing size of text, text box will move off screen and can not access it any further. 2. Background color disappears when adding text.
Much needed improvements!!!
-Allow us to choose colors from the entire color spectrum!
-Add more fonts!!
Allow us to design all of the same products on the app as it is online! Not all shapes can be edited...can only do basic rectangular shape. Please change these!!

We did improve on the designer tool and and fixed the background issues. We added a color wheel as well that should give more options. The fonts are currently based on the website fonts, so we ill work to add some new ones. If you have any specific ones you were looking for, please let us know at app@gotprint.com. It’s okay.
I’ve been researching so I can to design business cards for my photography business, and I seen where GotPrints had really good reviews.
I download the app and start designing. The app is relatively easy to use but has extremely limited options when it comes to fonts and other things to use for designing. Despite this it is not the reason why I’m giving it a bad rating. In the middle of my design the app glitches and I could not get it fixed without having to complete restart my design.

So sorry we glitched on you! We have fixed such bugs, glitches and issues we had on the Beta version of our app. The latest version does not have such issues any longer. We encourage you download the latest version to see the new and improved experience on there. Thanks for letting us know
Printing and cutting is BAD!!!!!
Once you’ve upload your business cards and preview the cards being printed (sample print) it looks good but when you received the order, the printing is either off with the business cards not fully printed with the design in which the edges you can see it’s white lines if your business cards is fully colored!!!! 2nd time ordering from them and again there’s an issue!!!! First issue was the words were cutoff on the cards!!! Please don’t use this company, you can find better!
