Grabango: Skip Checkout Lines 4+

I am an 89 year old woman who loves convenient stores but hates lines. When I went in to Get Go waterworks to gaze at what seems like endless amounts of drink options, I was stopped by a young blonde hair blue eyed, attractive, young kid named Reed. Reed began to tell me about Grabango. The app was easy to install and quick to set up. Most importantly, it was easy for an old fart like me to figure out how to use. Ever since this pandemic started I have been petrified of waiting in lines at gas stations. If I were to get Covid chances are I’d be kicking the bucket in the next week or two. However, because of Grabango I no longer have to fear for my life by not waiting in lines, and checking out is easier than it ever has been. Now I can get my daily five hour energy and six pack of victory monkeys without having to worry about me dying. Grabango is a fantastic app that should’ve been invented earlier.

I should note, Reed was a fantastic sales man. He was so energetic and so positive it made me wish he was my grandkid! Whoever hired that young man found a great hire and should be rewarded (As should Reed)!

I was so impressed with grabango’s technology when I stopped at my local Coen for some snacks. It took me 1 minute to download the app, and just a few minutes to create my profile. Once I was at Coen, I was able to shop around for my snacks with ease. I was able to skip the line and save at least 5 minutes! That time will definitely add up and save me a ton more in the future. I was so impressed with the app knowing exactly what I shopped for and only charging me for such. I definitely recommend and will be telling all of my friends and family to download as well!

I do wish the receipts were available much sooner. I didn’t realize I had been charged twice for one of the items I purchased until the receipt was available several hours later. Getting a refund for that wasn’t available through the app which stated I had to get it from the store. The cashier told me I needed to take the problem to Grabango but I showed her what the app said. Either the stores need to be better informed about refunding mistake charges or it needs to be available in the app. Other than that, the app is actually pretty convenient and simple to use. I hate standing in line. Every time go I just hope that I don’t accidentally get charged for something I didn’t buy because the sensors didn’t recognize that I put something back on the shelf or I only got one of my items and not two.
