I have been seeking to improve my skills personally, professionally, and socially for a long time. Sometimes I have plenty of time to read and learn. Sometimes I don’t. GrowthDay has been great because I almost always have time for the Daily Fire (daily insight), which I can listen to on my short drive into work. These 5-15 minute insights share ideas that are often expressed over entire books. It takes a minute or two to do my daily scores. And their are insights for when I may not be doing so well in one area or another. There are tons of experts who speak on all sorts of topics, from parenting to setting boundaries and so much more. If you hav ever paid for a personal coach, even for an hour, you most likely paid more than the cost of the yearly membership. There are also courses that are available as an additional yearly membership (which I definitely recommend). And you will get far more thought provoking hours of guidance in GrowthDay.And if you are looking for that network of people seeking to grow and help you grow, this is the place for you. The people that follow this app are positive and seeking positive change. And, the exposure to these higher, more mindful people helps elevate your standards for yourself and the happiness you are capable of achieving.

This app is what I was looking for in a personal development app. I used to wonder why there wasn’t an app for personal development like this before, since there’s so many personal development coaches nowadays. I had previously purchased the High Performance Planner for work and that is how I stumbled upon Brendan’s content. I loved the layout of that planner and the questions and daily, weekly, and monthly reviews you do on yourself and your habits. However I didn’t like that I had to buy a planner every 2-3 months. Recently, I was listening to his book the 6 Habits of Growth and that’s how I found the Growth Day App! I love it so far! I have the starter subscription and for me it’s worth it since I like the fact that I can rate myself and keep track of my growth every day through the app instead of a journal. I love waking up and playing the short daily fire as I get ready. It really helps set the tone for my day and helps with motivation. There’s challenges and cocieses to complete as well and Growth groups if you’re looking for community. Overall the life scores, plan feature, daily fire, and journal prompts are worth it since it helps me stay more accountable and motivated. Of course there is room for improvement the with the layout of some things but it’s minor.

Personal growth is an ongoing process that needs ongoing support. GrowthDay is that support for me. Being psychologically safe allows me the freedom to explore all facets of my growth. The life scores section not only tracks my improvement data but when I think about the questions they guide me in the steps for growth. The learn section provides in-depth tools to support me in topics that come up in my daily life such as focus and discipline. The journal section allows me to capture notes and important ideas when listening to the Daily Fire. It is searchable and allows me to put in a topic or idea and revisit it with ease. The Daily Fire I do every morning to start my day as it is a nugget of wisdom that sets my mindset and mood for the day ahead. It keeps me coming back and to me is worth the cost. When I listen to the Daily Fire it can seem as though Brendan is speaking directly to me on the topics that resonate the most. He is my coach. My life scores have steadily increased, and I'm feeling more confident in how to increase my productivity. I utilize the plan section to track the most important items to finish by Friday. Brendan encourages me to put in the work. When I utilize GrowthDay to its fullest I find improved results both personally and professionally.

I can’t begin to explain how much this app has helped me during my personal development era ! First of all ,Brandon Bruchard aka the Coach is just the amount you need ( even though some days he can get obnoxious in his tips lol but please make sure not to mention this part of the review because the rest of his personality is amazing! When Brandon pushes, it’s because he believes in our potential so don’t take anything he says personal ) It doesn’t matter what kind of work you are trying to achieve , Growthday is the place to be ! No need to look for any other app; and the icing on the cake is that get 1st classe service from the top coaches such as Mel Robbins and so many more . All these le services for a low price under $400 ! Fyi: The price might seem high bc for an app but think about how many thousands of dollars it will save you with a therapist! Just saying…Be wise and go for this…you won’t regret I promise . Give it a try, worst case scenario, you can always get a refund but I know you won’t . At the end of my trial, these guys became my personal therapist 😎 I was not only a single mom of 3 but I also came with a bunch of divorce drama with a lunatic so you can only imagine the mess I was 😂Thank you Growthday 🎉🍾
