Meh

Works ok, but a few things are broken that make it so that you need to get to a computer anyway. For example, I can’t view any attachments to tickets. If you have a basic ticket it works ok, but if you need to do anything besides the bare minimum it doesn’t work well.

No Canned actions?? 🤯🤯🤯

How do I add a canned action to a ticket? There seems to be no way to add a pre-written reply like in the old app? There was no onboarding in the app either… help and support brings me right to a chat bot, which doesn’t tell me how to add a canned action. There isn’t even a knowledge base where I could look this up. Shouldn’t a pre-written response be the main thing there when composing an email? Aren’t 99% of all customer support ticket responses canned actions? The only button on the screen is “proceed”. How can this be a customer support app without the number 1 feature that customer service reps use?

Updates always break something.

Love the software and the app, but please test your updates before rolling out.

The prior update to this one made it where all my field techs were getting an error message about CC’ing recipients when it worked perfect a day before the update. Now, I’m getting this feature is not available for your account, when I definitely know it is. It’s worked for the past year.

Please test.
