Features

- Users can now change the contact of a ticket in "Bulk Ticket Actions" and "Change Properties" modals.
- Search ability is added in all lists now, like Change Assignee, Status, Category etc..

Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where adding private notes was not possible when there is no permission to add replies via agent panel.
- Canned actions preview now works correctly with all the formatting intact, like hyperlinks etc..
- Applied canned action now maintains the formatting unlike previous versions.
- Some messages in a ticket might have rendering issues in full screen view. As a workaround, tap on the 3-dot icon at top-right of the fullscreen ticket update view, and then choose "View Full Ticket Update" button to see the update without any rendering problems.
- Ticket details now load faster than before.
- More Bug Fixes and Improvements.

Meh

Works ok, but a few things are broken that make it so that you need to get to a computer anyway. For example, I can’t view any attachments to tickets. If you have a basic ticket it works ok, but if you need to do anything besides the bare minimum it doesn’t work well.

Updates always break something.

Love the software and the app, but please test your updates before rolling out.

The prior update to this one made it where all my field techs were getting an error message about CC’ing recipients when it worked perfect a day before the update. Now, I’m getting this feature is not available for your account, when I definitely know it is. It’s worked for the past year.

Please test.
