It started off good
The app started off really good. I was able to clip coupons, scan the products and get the money added to my wallet without any problems. However the past couple months things have gone downhill. When scanning an item, it takes about 4 tries before I get a message that says it matches. I also never used to have a problem getting credit for everything I purchased with the coupons, but now I only get credit for about 60% or so. I tried emailing customer service on my missing credits, but never got a response. I’m just going to stop using it. It’s more of a hassle than what it’s worth.
Not worth it
I thought that this was really going to be good, but after reading the reviews from other people I can see why the reviews are bad.
When I first started using this all was good but the second time my savings were not added.
So I just deleted it. It’s not worth my time and money. The store is really close to my house, but the prices are really high. I can get it cheaper elsewhere so I’ll just drive further to get the items that I need and not use this store.
Not Worth The Trouble
I was completely disgusted with this app after using it a while when it first came out so I deleted it. I decided to give it a try. It’s pretty much the same. Rewards expire in 60 days - IF you even get them. On a shopping trip this weekend I bought three things that were supposed to get rewards on and only one showed up. I love the store but they can do better on this.
