I’ve had this app for many years and find it very helpful. I wish it were integrated into Apple Health, though. No updates for four years doesn’t bode well for the future of this app.
Long time user
I have been using this app for many many years. Could it be 8 years? Something like that. I still use it. No other app has been used more. Or for as long. Unfortunately the custom section of it no longer works on iPhone 13. As is everything in life, what has a beginning, has an end. I’ll still use it. Until the end.
Useless unless you don’t like building up to slower breaths
This app crashes every time you use a breathing pattern that has any seconds of breath retention. It doesn’t matter which level. You can only use in and out breaths which I never like to do because I prefer breath retention (holding my breath in after inhaling) it just feels right for me. I found out rather quickly after I bought it and want to request a refund! Useless for my intentions.
