Very versatile and easy to use
Great interface with health professionals! This app is great at multitasking, makes communicating with health professionals very easy, and does a great job of streamlining your goals and progress. I would recommend for any coaching business and setup and even for independent use to track and record.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service! I love the food journal, messaging and documents ect. However, customer service is horrible. I had 2 separate video chats scheduled, and both times we were unable to connect despite trying different browsers and having internet service. I waisted an 1 when it was suppose to be a 30 minute chat. Plus I had to provide a free chat so to keep face with clients. I submitted a help desk ticket, and they said they would look into it, and crickets. I contacted them several times and they ignored me. I am now in the market for a new EHR system as customer service is the #1 most important thing I look for as a professional. Systems crash and I understand, but the people behind the systems are the ones that keep the customers.
New update wasn’t for the likes of me
I liked this program a lot. I use it with my nutritionist. Sadly, I won’t get to use the app much because the new version was made with big phone screens. I’ll have to migrate back to my computer which makes it totally inconvenient. I like minimalist phones so I use a smaller screen size. Their update is now so fancy (takes up half of the screen) that on their main page the actual journal entries as seen from the main page only gets less than 1/4 of the screen real estate. It makes it impossible to edit or make comments from the main page. Sad. It was good while it lasted.
