sometimes I’d appreciate a larger variety of exercises to cycle through for a particular muscle, and sometimes it feels like an exercise is listed for one muscle despite me feeling it much more for another (split squats for me are hugely quad dominant, but theyre listed for glute, the only other glute option is abduction, nitpicking but still) i’d also really like the option to list for a particular exercise whether or not I’m doing it isometrically (i.e cable curl, i’d prefer to list it as separate arms, but I think the app assumes youre doing it with arms together)other than that, it’s a nice UI plus it’s a good enough solution to “deciding and tracking what i have to do at the gym” to make it easier to actually get myself there, i’ll probably stay subbed for a while
Can’t like it

Normally wouldn’t write a negative review but the limited trial offered on this app really doesn’t allow customers to use it long enough to figure out its weaknesses, so for others who may have the same needs as me, I wanted to write this in hopes of saving them the 60 bucks to figure out it does not work for them. For me It’s to inflexible, limited number of excercises in each muscle group, you can add excercises but it’s cumbersome to do mid workout - and will sometimes glitch and delete your workout while trying to do so. Cant seem to delete one muscle group from a workout and substitute another easily. No ability to just get a completely different workout if you don’t like the one dejected for the day- just seems like for the price it would be easy to make this a lot more user friendly. Maybe I’ll revisiting a year or two abdvseebifbuts better.
Mostly good, some critical changes needed

Noticed a few issues: 1. If you don’t save a days workout (the button at the bottom), it wont show up in workout history but it does log the individual workout in the analytics and streaks. I think if you complete all the days workouts, it should log it in history automatically2. You should be able to preview exercises without starting a new workout (and it certainly shouldnt add to the streak if you dont do any exercises)3. There needs to be a warmup/ramp/cooldown set logger (can be a different font color to separate it from the main lift being tracked)
Missing obvious stuff

Ideally I was looking for a digital way to track the weight I use on machines so I could track progress and properly increase over time. I like that it puts a plan together but it’s missing some basic things I would expect. First off it’s set to 2 sets, there is no way, even if you wanted to, for a given machine to simply add a 3rd set and track it. The same with exercises. If it generates 5 exercises because you told it you had an hour and at the end you want to add and do another exercise you can’t. You can’t just pick your own exercises and log them. I have a BJJ injury and am skipping upper body for a short time but there’s no way for me to just pick the leg and core exercises I want to do and log them. Unfortunately I’m going to have to find another app.
- Fixed bugs and improved performance
