No way to retrieve a password
I mean, coding 101. When you have a software that requires user to identify themselves by logging in, it’s common sense to have a “forgot password” link to help them reset their password.
Not only do I not get notifications that I have a package, it’s extremely difficult to retrieve a password once the system quick you out and you have forgotten your password. This is a major failure from the developer of this app.
Terrible app
Never shows packages in app even when I have got alerts through message and email. Doesn’t refresh at all.
Reached out to support and their answer is to try on a different mobile or just keep reinstalling the app🤦🏻♂️
